Phase 1

  • Health care workers

  • Residents and staff of nursing homes

  • First responders, public safety, corrections

  • Individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities

  • Assisted living, independent living, behavioral health and developmentally disabled group homes, and other congregate facilities

  • Adults age 75 and older

  • Education and continuity of government

Phase 2

  • All adults age 16+

Healthcare workers, nursing facilities, first responders, individuals aged 65 years and older, homeless persons, shelter staff/residents, incarcerated individuals, education workers, child care workers, government workers, public safety workers, US postal service workers, food and agriculture workers, manufacturer workers (critical), public mass transit workers, grocery store workers, veterinary workers, clergy workers/houses of worship, individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, ages 16+ with underlying medical conditions that increase the risk for severe COVID-19 illness or disabilities recieving benefits
